Eligibility Requirements

The criteria for nomination of Artists/Group are as follows

1. The artist must be Liberian or of Liberian descent
2. The artist must have at least two songs and a video
3. There must be at least one Liberian in a group with multiple nationalities.
4. The artist/group must have at least a one video to his credit
5. Must be registered with the LMA or have verifiable contact info.

The criteria for nomination of Songs are as follows

1. The artist must be Liberian or of Liberian descent
2. A Liberian must be on the song (owner or featured)
3. The song must be released three months before the date of the consideration years program.
4. This years songs must have been released from August 2021 to July 2022
5. This is because some songs have an incubation period before they get popular.
6. The criteria for nomination of Videos are as follows
7. The video must be by a Liberian artist or artist of Liberian descent
8. The video must not be more the 18 months by the awards date. This is very important because some artist wait years to do a video of their top hit (s).

The criteria for nomination of DJs are as follows

1. They must be a Liberian, of Liberian descent, or working majority in the Liberian music Industry
2. Must be active at events or with an entertainment entity.
3. He / She Must have DJ to at least 10 events during the time under review.
4. Must be registered with the LMA or have verifiable contact info.

The criteria for nomination of Videographers are as follows:

1. Must be a Liberian, of Liberian descent, or working majority in the Liberian music Industry
2. Must have done at least two videos during the time under consideration.
3. Must be registered with the LMA or have a verifiable contact info
